Welcome to the home page of the International Military Testing Association

As we all know we postponed the 62nd Annual Conference to 2021.
However, maybe some of you would like to record your knowledge in a scientific article.
So, please consider the call for papers for a coming special issue of Military Psychology (abstracts due 1 October 2020):

The Special Issue of Military Psychology on the Measurement of Psychological Constructs in Military Populations and Settings is seeking manuscripts describing

  • the development of new measures that report results of structural and psychometric analyses with data from military populations or military settings;
  • the evaluation of existing measures for which empirical evidence is insufficient or contradictory (e.g., limited or controversial evidence of psychometric properties—i.e., factorial structure, dimensionality, reliability or validity); and
  • evaluating the use or adaptation of existing measures for use with diverse military populations including those from different nations or cultures.

With best wishes and regards,

COL Hubert Annen, Ph.D.
Chair of Management Board IMTA
